I called in 2 different times today to talk to someone about a reservation and Taylor answered my call both times. BOTH TIMES she hung up on me at the end of our conversation before I was even finished talking. I wasn't even angry when I called, was just talking to her about a reservation and before I could ask anything more she hung up the phone. Didn't say bye or ask if she could do anything else. Just hung up. So rude.
The car we rented had a couple minor problems but the representative made an adjustment to the rental fair that was more than fair. The representatives in other Enterprise locations were very helpful as well in switching to a better vehicle. Overall the people we worked with were excellent and the service was excellent.
I've had the opportunity to rent from the New Philly branch this year. In my experience with staff and vehicles, they have made sure I got what I need in a timely manner and with smiles and professionalism. I would highly recommend this store.
