My husband and I, new to the area decided to stop in and check this store out. Well after, finding what we were looking for and a lot more we spent $180. The next day, we decided to go pruchese another of one of the items from the previous day to have a spare and get a couple more of our favorite movie series since they were only on sale 2 more days. So with the two new movies and spare item we went home, only to find out that we had purchased the same DVD both days. Well since we dont or anyone we know keep a list of the names of their porn DVD with them, we put it off as a accident. No problem we will go and just exchange, not return. Just, Trade it for one of the ones we didn't already have. We go to the store, less then 12 hrs later to trade to new unopened movie with the receipt still in the bag. To be unformed by the young lady that there is nothing they can do. They only way they take back or refund a movie is if it is damaged. We explained its never been opened, we just want to trade, and we told her our mistake. She continued to say they can do nothing only if its damaged. So my husband said so if I open it scratch it up , then you will exchange or trade it. She said, well then I will know you did it purposely. So no. We then showed her both receipt of the $29.99 purchased dvd from the last two days, showing her we wasn't making it up, and she still said no. We told her that's a shame because, we have spent over $220 in just two visits and are pretty regular to adult stores, and she just lost them probably several hundreds of dollars in sells, over something so small. So with those types of policies I recommend, TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE.
My girlfriend and I love coming to this store..we drive about an hour away just to come to Adultmart because everyone is so friendly and helpful with everything...we highly recommend you stop in..
i have had the best experience here the girls( forgotten their names) top notch sales people they had very good knowledge very helpful explaining any item you ask about will always shop there. ( owners those girls need a raise)
The staff are the most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They have the best knowledge base on their products around. They even told me that there is no return or exchange policy period.
Note I am an employee : but I wanted to leave a review of my coworkers. I have been a customer of this particular store for around six years. I actually got a job here because one of the previous employees had helped me so much. I love working for thiscompany. I love the shared knowledge. And the training we all undergo. And I would never shop anywhere else for the items we offer. My coworkers are all very educated and focus on customer needs if you have a question about anything we will always do our best to get you the answer. Please don't be afraid to ask even if you're embarrassed we've heard it all. Our jobs is to make your shopping experience easier and make sure you leave with not only something you'll enjoy, but something that will be safe for you and fits your needs.
