spent kohl's cash on a large $ pruchase - I had to return 1 items - the Kohl's cash was divided among all items purchased - even though the remainder of the order was more than the Kohl's cash amount - so basically you have to spend more to use the Kohl's cash - that you already spent- WILL RETURN EVERYTHING - no more shopping at Kohl's ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Store policies are rediculous. Returned an item and they would only let us exchange it for something exactly the same price. We couldnt find anything the same price so ended up getting nothing.
