assuming they would set it if it Were malaligned, but simply to get a medical opinion and x rays to figure out if we should go to his orthopedic specialist for review or up to Akron for closer examination if needed before his next follow up appointment... The doctor informed the SECRETARY that she would not see him as she did not have any previous xrays to compare with... I'M SORRY, BUT SHOULD A DOCTOR NOT KNOW IF BONES ARE LINED UP OR NOT ON A BREAK??? I have basic medical training myself as well as my husband is an I-EMT... we could look at the images and determine for ourselves for goodness sake!! She refused to see him based on not having any other pretty pictures to look at, not determining the current status of his break..Also, I found it very unprofessional to not have her or at LEAST a nurse come and discuss this with us, as I had some questions as well as information she could have used.. I have all the previous x rays! I find this unacceptable and very questionable in terms of their knowledge as MD's... Warning to all, if you have more than a stuffy nose or flu or scratch, I do NOT recommend coming here.. you will wait just as long as an emergency room anyways... I am not suggesting you clog up the emergency services with non emergencies. However, they have lost my trust as medical professionals here.

The only reason why I like this place is because of Dr. Lilko. She is amazing. Otherwise it is extremely slow even when it is not busy.

I've been to this location numerous times. Generally slow waiting times, but efficient more so than an emergency room for smaller issues. I am writing this particular review because of an experience I just had there today.. we waited for half an hour to be seen, only to be called to the desk to say the doctor would not see my 12 year old son. *explanation* 2 weeks ago he had broken his wrist. It has felt fine since they casted it. Monday evening, a child tripped him at school and he fell on both hands (which would stress the broken wrist as well obviously) being in New Philadelphia, we did not care to travel to Akron (most of an hour away) to go back to E.R. I was hoping to get imaging done to see if his bones had shifted, as he has been in pain since he fell, which is not normal for 2.5 weeks into healing.. I was not

Took over 2 hours to be seen for a simple urinalysis test for work. There were only 4 other people in the waiting room. They opened up at 9 am, and the second person in line had to wait 45 minutes just to be called in.

Was seen within 20 minutes of arriving on a Saturday morning. Was in an out in an hour with x-rays, seeing the Dr and getting bandaged up. They faxed my Rx to my pharmacy asap so it was ready as soon as I got there. My husband has had a similar experience. Very pleased with the staff.

The wait time was awful. Waited and hour and a half to just be registered. Three people went ahead of me that was there after me. The registrar was not pleasant and was not wearing her badge, but the Dr. was absolutely amazing. Took very good care of me!
