Great place to bring the kids. Especially in the summer when they have their rides open for just $1. This park is very clean and has a lot to offer.
There are plenty of rides for all ages here and swimming as well. Batting cages for slugger and even a pond for the fisher in us all. Want to have a BBQ? you are at the only place worth being at. Plenty of other food if your not cooking your own at the concession as well. Of course the crown on it all would be the pool areas. Kiddie pool, what I would say is a near Olympic size regular pool with swim lanes, and a regular and high dive pool.... What's not to love here.
We have been coming here since we were kids. It is a beautiful park!!! Along with the carousel, kiddie cars, kiddie airplanes, swing ride, mini train ride, mini roller coaster, and Ferris wheel you can do putt putt golf, go swimming where there is a separate diving pool with high and low dives. There are many different swings, climbing toys with slides, picnic pavilions and a brand new river walk by the pond. You can let your little ones fish in the pond along with yourself while feeding the ducks popcorn. The park offers several options to eat including sandwiches, candy, ice cream, cotton candy among the options. It is just an all around treasure for the area and a great place for family reunions!
I've been to this park so much. There are more of my memories in this place than anywhere in the world. Best small town park in the history of small town parks.
This is a great place to take the kids! There is one area on the "train" that I don't feel is safe. It has a spot where kids who aren't paying attention could fall. Otherwise, we could easily play a couple hours away.
We love it here! Very family friendly and always something going on! Perfect for a lazy afternoon with the family!
