I have tried to contact this agency for over a week about a property that the company's owner (Heather Novosel) has listed. I sent emails, text, and three phone calls. No response. If I was the property owner(s), I'd be livid that potential buyers are being ignored. We decided to go with another property as we were tired of waiting. We won out as we're happy with our decision, but the seller who owns the property listed with Novosel Real Estate lost out on a sale as we had planned to make an offer once our questions were answered.
