Wait is a little longer than most fast food places but the staff is polite. Food is very greasy but I believe that is all long John silver's food.
Staff was polite and friendly. Food is inconsistent - some times it is outstanding - fresh, flakey - other times it is mediocre and unfortunately just as often it is awful and barely edible - which it was on my last visit - the onion rings were so tough you could barely bite through them and the fish was dry, hard and tasted like it had been refried from the day before - I threw mine away - the highlight of the meal was the green beans. I think the best day to visit is on Friday that seems to be the day when the food seems freshest and tasty.
We ate at the New Philadelphia Long Johns on our way to Cleveland. The restaurant was immaculate, the staff very friendly, and the food very good! I wish our local one was as Nice! Great experience all around! All you can eat fish and chicken on Sunday is genius!
I waited over an hour at the drive thru only to be greeted with soggy fish that were dripping so much, you could fill up an entire bag of grease within 5 minutes. My fries were mashed up to a point were they were all mixed up and pretty much mashed potatoes. It would have helped if the guy at the window actually gave a crap about his job and not threw the bag in my car window. Terrible.
Wish there were more of these. Their fish is out of this world!
