I was seated promptly but server never showed up. I got & found my own silverware and dished up some salad. Tomatoes were mushy and needed changed. The lady who sat me down asked me what I wanted to drink. Server never came with water. I approached them at counter. Lady who had seated me got a glass for me but kept it behind counter and got the attention of server to deliver it for me with wedge of lemon. Server did finally show up several minutes later. I asked for fresh tomatoes and she promptly went and got some and added to salad bar. Than she disappeared....never asked me what I wanted to order...this is pretty bad. Table beside me waited forty five minutes for pizza....than manager came out and told them it would be five more minutes. They were not happy and neither am I. Server finally came back & asked me if I was ready for my bill...uh-huh. Not coming back here again...
It's been a while since I've eaten Pizza Hut. The pizza was not the same as I remember. The toppings were fine. There was barely any sauce on it and we ordered pan crust. This was not the pan crust I remember, looked more like a hand toss.
They had a lunch buffet with the pizza buffet. It was surprisingly good. I will go back. But overheard others complaining about having to wait for items to come out. I ate my salad and when I got up there were, in total, over 2 pizzas at buffet.
Very good pizza and our waitress was friendly,smiling and very attentive
There was only one other table in restaurant at time we were there. Waitress spent half time we were there at that table. Did not come back to.our table, except drop food off and check off. Want to charge us over two bucks for a soft drink, for one cup. Never came back to refill our drinks. Ordered appetizer, which came out 10 minutes after our pizza came, so we didn't even need it, because we had most of pizza gone. Very poor service that day.
